Mark is the Managing Partner and has been a CPA since 2006. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree from William S. Boyd School of Law in 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in the homeowner association industry, serving as a Controller for a large property management company, as well as a Controller for a large timeshare developer and management company, before opening his own operation in homeowner association consultation.

Phil is the Audit Manager and has been a CPA since 1994. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has 30 years of experience in the homeowner association industry, all in public accounting. He has been the engagement partner on thousands of engagements over the years from the very small communities to the very large. He was also in charge of firm quality control and peer review with his prior firm.

Vanessa is the homeowner association Accounting Manager for the sister firm, Keeping Your Books Straight. She has been working in the homeowner association industry for over 10 years and supervises, prepares, and reviews over 200 financials a month for various management companies.

Daniel is a Senior Accountant with the firm. He has 12 years of experience in the homeowner association industry. He worked his way into a General Ledger Manager for a very large management company, preparing the most complex communities. He then moved into public accounting and performed many audit engagements, beginning to end, simple to complex.
