MANAGING SHAREHOLDER

Mark has over 25 years of experience working in the accounting and tax field, and has built an excellent reputation for quality service and personal attention. Previously, his experience is quite extensive. As the Controller of mid to large companies, he has managed accounting departments, been through numerous audits, and completed intricate tax returns. After years of working in the Corporate sector, he started his own company to help individuals and businesses with their accounting and tax needs.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, is certified as a Public Accountant, and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2020.

When he's not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and diving into a good book. He’s also passionate about sharpening his skills in Muay Thai and indoor climbing.

AUDIT MANAGER

Graduating from Southern Utah University in 1991 at the age of 21, Phil was one of the youngest students in their history to receive his Master’s in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner with almost 30 years of experience, primarily in the non-profit industry. Along with his individual and business clientele, Phil leads the financial reporting team; bringing the unique talent of helping the ‘non-accountant’ understand complex financial statements.

He has a lengthy history of volunteering and has served on several non-profit boards since ‘98. He is the board Treasurer for a Marriott timeshare and currently serves as Board Chair for SLAM Nevada. He is a Toastmaster and has served many years in Toastmasters District Leadership; being District Finance Manager four separate terms, the District Administration Manager, and the District Audit Chair.

Phil has the heart and soul of a road tripper. He has driven over a million miles in his life thus far, including all 50 states and five countries. He loves the outdoors, including camping, hiking and backpacking. He is a devoted husband, married 20 years to the love of his life, Kim; and father of three wonderful children.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

A Californian through and through, Jenna was born and raised under the beautiful California sun with her sister and brother. She sharpened her expertise in the customer service realm for 8 years before making the trek to Nevada. Her organization, articulation, and humor are top notch and has caused her to excel with clients of all walks of life. She can handle any situation and always know how to solve a problem given to her.

On her days off, she is the Target queen and likes to clean, relax and generally not leave the house. 

OFFICE MANAGER

Victoria completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Convinced by her father to join his realm of numbers and financials, she has been working as a manager, bookkeeper, and all around go-to-her-when-you-need-something-done.

In her spare time, Victoria likes to take an unholy amount of pictures of her dog Layla, watch anime, and prattle about in the kitchen. She is also highly addicted to mango green tea and books.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Vanessa has over 25 years of experience serving owner managed businesses working in public accounting firms and directly for private businesses. Although initially pursuing a degree in Sociology, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She enjoys interacting with clients and staff and will teach accounting to whoever will listen!
